Amazon Integration
Export the part of your catalog Amazon actually allows into an Inventory Loader feed for Seller Central.
What Amazon Will and Will Not List
This is the important part, and it makes the Amazon feed different from every other feed FirearmCart produces.
Amazon prohibits most of what a firearms retailer sells. Rather than let Amazon reject your feed — or worse, put your seller account at risk — FirearmCart filters restricted products out before the feed is generated. They are never included, regardless of their status or stock.
Excluded automatically:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Firearms | Handguns, rifles, shotguns, long guns |
| Ammunition | All ammunition, including handgun, rifle, rimfire and shotgun |
| Magazines | Handgun and rifle magazines |
| Reloading components | Primers, percussion caps, powder, bullets, brass, bullet casting |
What remains — optics, cases, cleaning supplies, apparel, general accessories — is what the feed carries.
Because of this, the Amazon feed is usually much smaller than your other feeds. That is expected, not a misconfiguration.
Two further exclusions are structural rather than an Amazon rule: event-backing products, which are sold through the event registration flow rather than as catalogue items, and any product with no product type set at all — an unclassified product is held back so a mis-typed firearm can never leak into the feed.

Troubleshooting
A Product Is Missing
Check its product type first. If it falls into any restricted category above, it is excluded deliberately and no setting will include it. A product with no type set at all is excluded too.
Otherwise, confirm the product is active, in stock, not soft-deleted, and carries both a UPC and a brand in its specifications — Amazon needs both to match an existing listing, and a product missing either is skipped.
The plugin’s Configure modal counts how many products are blocked by type, missing a UPC, and missing a brand, which is the quickest way to see which of these is affecting you.
Feed Not Updating
Feeds are cached for 5 minutes. Wait for the cache to expire, then re-check the conditions above.
Feed URL Not Available
Ensure the Amazon plugin is still active — the URL 404s when it is not — and that you have an active domain configured in Settings > Domains.
