Setting Up Integrations
General Process
- Navigate to Plugins > Marketplace
- Find the integration you want
- Click Activate
- Enter the required credentials
- Click Activate Plugin
Credentials are verified as part of activating. If the service rejects them, the plugin stays inactive and the problem field is highlighted, so there is no separate “test connection” step to run first.
Once a distributor plugin is active it gets its own item in the sidebar under Plugins, and an initial catalog sync starts automatically.
Requirements
Most integrations require:

| FFL license | For firearms-distributor connections. Printify does not require an FFL |
| IP whitelisting | 2nd Amendment Wholesale requires our outbound IPs to be allowed on your dealer account; the addresses are shown during activation. Lipseys, MGE, and Sports South need none. |
| Business verification | Some require dealer verification |
Managing Integrations
Viewing Status
Check integration health:
- Go to Plugins > Marketplace to see which plugins are active
- For a distributor, open its page under Plugins and use the Sync info (ⓘ) menu next to the search box
- That menu shows the last sync time, current progress, and any error detail
- A failed sync also raises a banner on the distributor page
Status Indicators
In the marketplace, each plugin carries one of two badges:

| Active | Plugin is connected and enabled |
| Inactive | Plugin is not connected, or has been deactivated |
On a distributor’s own page, the sync state is reported separately as queued, syncing, synced or failed.
Disconnecting
To remove an integration:
- Go to Plugins > Marketplace
- Find the integration
- Click Deactivate
- Confirm removal
Note: Disconnecting doesn’t affect existing orders or products already imported.
Troubleshooting
Connection Failed
Symptoms: Can’t connect to service
Solutions:
- Verify credentials are correct
- Check account is active
- Ensure required permissions granted
- Contact service for API access
Sync Not Working
Symptoms: Products/orders not syncing
Solutions:
- Check the plugin is still Active in the marketplace
- Open the Sync info (ⓘ) menu on the distributor page to see the last sync result
- If the last sync failed, use Retry sync on the failure banner
- Verify API rate limits not exceeded
Data Mismatches
Symptoms: Inventory or pricing incorrect
Solutions:
- Trigger a fresh sync with Resync now (or Force resync if one is already running)
- Remember that catalog syncs run on an interval set by your plan, so recent distributor changes may not have landed yet
- Contact support if persistent
