Manage your FirearmCart subscription, update payment methods, and view your invoices.

Your Subscription

Viewing Your Plan

Go to Settings > Billing to see:

  • Your current plan and price
  • How many sales you've used this month
  • Your next billing date
  • Subscription status

Sales Usage

Your plan includes a monthly sales limit. On the billing page you'll see:

  • Current sales count (e.g., "45/100 sales")
  • A progress bar showing usage
  • A warning when you're approaching your limit (80%+)

Changing Your Plan

Upgrading

To move to a higher plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click the Plans tab
  3. Select the plan you want
  4. Confirm the upgrade

You'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of your billing period.

Downgrading

To move to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click the Plans tab
  3. Select the plan you want
  4. Confirm the downgrade

The change takes effect at your next billing date.

Auto-Upgrade

You can enable automatic upgrades when you reach your sales limit:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Find the Auto-upgrade toggle
  3. Turn it on or off

When enabled, you'll automatically move to the next plan if you exceed your sales limit.


Payment Methods

Adding a Card

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click the Payment Methods tab
  3. Click Add Payment Method
  4. Enter your card details
  5. Save

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Setting Your Default Card

If you have multiple cards:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click the Payment Methods tab
  3. Find the card you want to use
  4. Click Set as Default

Removing a Card

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click the Payment Methods tab
  3. Find the card you want to remove
  4. Click Delete

Note: You must always have at least one payment method on file.


Invoices

Viewing Your Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click the Invoices tab
  3. See all your past invoices

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Amount
  • Status (Paid, Failed, Pending)

Invoice Statuses

Status Meaning
Paid Payment successful
Pending Payment processing
Failed Payment didn't go through

Failed Payments

What Happens

If your payment fails:

  1. You'll see a notice on the billing page
  2. Your account may be marked as "Past Due"
  3. You'll need to update your payment method or retry

Fixing a Failed Payment

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Make sure you have a valid payment method
  3. Click Retry Payment on the failed invoice

Common Reasons for Failure

  • Card expired
  • Insufficient funds
  • Card declined by bank

If your card keeps failing, try adding a different card.


Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancelling

  • You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • Your store goes offline after that
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Reactivating

If you cancelled but want to come back:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Resume Subscription
  3. Your subscription continues

Common Questions

Why was I charged a different amount?

If you upgraded mid-month, you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support through a support ticket to discuss refund requests.

I'm approaching my sales limit

You can upgrade to a higher plan, or enable auto-upgrade to move up automatically when you hit your limit.

My payment keeps failing

  • Check that your card hasn't expired
  • Make sure you have sufficient funds
  • Try a different card
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists
