Setting Up Integrations

General Process

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the integration you want
  3. Click Connect
  4. Enter required credentials
  5. Configure sync settings
  6. Test the connection
  7. Enable the integration

Requirements

Most integrations require:

Account Account with the service provider
API credentials API key, secret, or username/password
FFL license For distributor connections
Business verification Some require dealer verification

Managing Integrations

Viewing Status

Check integration health:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. View status indicators
  3. Check last sync time
  4. Review any errors

Status Indicators

Status Meaning
Connected Integration active and working
Syncing Currently syncing data
Error Issue requires attention
Disabled Integration turned off

Disconnecting

To remove an integration:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find the integration
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm removal

Note: Disconnecting doesn't affect existing orders or products already imported.

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

Symptoms: Can't connect to service

Solutions:

  • Verify credentials are correct
  • Check account is active
  • Ensure required permissions granted
  • Contact service for API access

Sync Not Working

Symptoms: Products/orders not syncing

Solutions:

  • Check integration status
  • Review error logs
  • Verify API rate limits not exceeded
  • Test connection

Data Mismatches

Symptoms: Inventory or pricing incorrect

Solutions:

  • Force a full sync
  • Check sync frequency settings
  • Review mapping configuration
  • Contact support if persistent
