Customers Dashboard

  1. Click Customers in the left sidebar
  2. View all customers with key information
  3. Use search and filters to find specific customers

Searching Customers

Search customers by:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • IP address
  • Customer ID
  • Address (street, city, state, ZIP)

Filtering Customers

By Date

Filter by when customers were created using preset ranges or custom dates.

Sorting

Sort by:

  • Customer ID
  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • IP Address
  • Created Date

Pagination

Choose items per page: 10, 50, 100, 250, or 500.


Customer Profile

Click a customer to view their full profile.

Customer Statistics

Metric Description
Total Spent Lifetime purchase amount
Total Orders Lifetime order count
Average Order Value Average order total
Last Order Date of most recent purchase

Contact Information

Edit customer contact details:

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Click Edit on contact information
  3. Update email or phone
  4. Save

Customer Addresses

Customers can have multiple addresses for billing and shipping.

Viewing Addresses

The Addresses section shows all saved addresses with default indicators.

Adding an Address

  1. Click Add Address
  2. Enter address details
  3. Set as default billing or shipping (optional)
  4. Save

Editing Addresses

  1. Find the address
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update information
  4. Save

Setting Default Address

  1. Find the address
  2. Click Set as Default Billing or Set as Default Shipping

Deleting Addresses

  1. Find the address
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Preferred FFL

For customers who purchase firearms, you can set their preferred FFL dealer.

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Find the FFL section
  3. Click Set FFL
  4. Search for the FFL
  5. Select and save

Customer Files

Upload and manage customer documents for verification.

Uploading Files

  1. Click Upload File
  2. Select file type:
    • CCW Permit
    • License
    • State ID
    • Passport
    • Other
  3. Choose file (images up to 10MB)
  4. Upload

Viewing Files

Click on a file to view it. Files are stored securely with temporary access URLs.

Deleting Files

  1. Find the file
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Customer Notes

Add notes for internal reference.

  1. Find the Notes section
  2. Enter your note
  3. Save

Notes are visible only to your team.


Order History

View all orders for this customer:

  • Order number
  • Date
  • Status
  • Total

Click an order to view full details.


Blacklisting Customers

Block problematic customers from placing orders.

To Blacklist

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Click Blacklist
  3. Enter reason
  4. Confirm

To Remove from Blacklist

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Click Remove from Blacklist

Creating Customers

Add customers manually:

  1. Navigate to Customers
  2. Click Create Customer
  3. Enter information:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Address
    • Notes
    • FFL (optional)
  4. Click Create

Deleting Customers

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Note: Deleting a customer also removes their orders.


Exporting Customers

Export customer data to Excel:

  1. Apply filters (optional)
  2. Click Export
  3. Download the file

Export includes customer details and addresses.
