RSR Group Integration

Connect your FirearmCart store with RSR Group for product import and dropship fulfillment.

Prerequisites

Before connecting, you need:

  • Active RSR dealer account
  • Valid FFL license
  • Web services enabled
  • Username, password, and POS number

Setting Up

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find RSR Group
  3. Click Connect
  4. Enter your credentials
  5. Click Test Connection
  6. If successful, click Save

Importing Products

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > RSR
  2. Click Import Products
  3. Search or filter by manufacturer and category
  4. Select products to import
  5. Click Import

Product Information

Imported products include:

  • Name and description
  • Stock number and UPC
  • Pricing (dealer, MAP, MSRP)
  • Stock quantity and allocated status
  • Weight and dimensions
  • Images (via FTP)
  • Specifications and attributes

Inventory Sync

Stock levels automatically sync from RSR:

  • Updates happen periodically
  • Shows allocated vs. available inventory
  • Manual sync available if needed

Dropship Fulfillment

For products fulfilled by RSR:

  1. Customer places order
  2. Order automatically submits to RSR
  3. RSR ships to customer's FFL
  4. Tracking syncs back to FirearmCart
  5. Customer receives shipping notification

Troubleshooting

Connection Issues

  • Verify username and password
  • Check your POS number
  • Confirm web services are enabled

Import Issues

  • Check product availability
  • Verify department access
  • Try importing fewer products at once
