Zanders Integration
Connect your FirearmCart store with Zanders for product import, dropship fulfillment (accessories to the customer, firearms to an FFL), and warehouse restock orders.
Features
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Product import | Import products from the Zanders catalog, including multiple images, dimensions, MAP, and MSRP |
| Inventory sync | Hourly stock and dealer-cost updates |
| Dropship orders | Accessories ship to your customer; firearms ship to their chosen FFL |
| Warehouse restock | Items that cannot direct-ship (including state restrictions) go to your store on the main account |
| Tracking sync | Tracking numbers sync back to orders automatically |
Prerequisites
Before connecting, you need four Zanders logins, none of them your website login:
- Main Direct Ship API account — ship-to-store / warehouse restock
- Accessory Direct Ship API account — consumer-direct non-firearms
- Firearm Direct Ship API account — serialized products to an FFL
- FTP login — used to download the product catalog
A valid FFL is required to dropship firearms. No IP whitelisting is required.
Setting Up
- Navigate to Plugins > Marketplace
- Find Zanders
- Click Activate
- Enter all four logins.
- Click Activate Plugin
All four logins are verified as part of activating. Once activated, an initial catalog sync starts automatically and a Zanders item appears in the sidebar under Plugins.
Importing Products
- Go to Plugins > Zanders
- Search the catalog (name, SKU, UPC, manufacturer, or manufacturer number), or narrow it with the manufacturer and category filters
- Use Filters to hide out-of-stock or already-imported products, or set a cost range
- Select the products you want, then click Import
- Set your Markup % and confirm
Imported products are added to your catalog as drafts. MAP is respected as a price floor.
Dropship rules
- Accessories always ship to the customer. They cannot be forced to an FFL.
- Firearms ship to the customer’s chosen FFL on the firearm account.
- If Zanders does not direct-ship an accessory to the customer’s state (for example California), that fulfillment is rerouted to ship-to-store on the main account so you can forward the second leg.
Tracking
Shipment tracking is polled automatically. Non-dropshippable (ship-to-store) fulfillments do not push tracking to the customer — enter the second-leg tracking when you ship from your warehouse.
